You can request an order cancellation before dispatch.

  • Free cancellation window: within 2 hours of placing your order and before it has been processed or handed to the courier.

  • After an order is processed or shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

  • Custom / personalized / monogrammed / made-to-order items once production has started

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable

  • Pre-orders within 5 business days of their scheduled dispatch date

  • Email sales@sandraj.com as soon as possible with:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Reason for cancellation

    We’ll confirm by email whether your order is still eligible to cancel.

  • Card/online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (bank times vary).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): no payment was captured; no refund is due.

  • If a shipping label or courier pickup has already been created at the time of approval, we may deduct actual courier/processing costs from the refund.

Cancellations are no longer possible. Please accept delivery and submit a return request per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you cancel after duties/taxes have been assessed by customs or a shipment has been refused and returned, any non-recoverable duties/taxes, original shipping, and return shipping or carrier fees may be deducted from your refund once the item arrives back in sellable condition.

 

Frequent last-minute cancellations or repeated COD refusals may result in limits on future orders or the removal of COD as a payment option.
