We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund.

 

 

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (based on the courier’s delivery scan).

 

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags/labels attached

  • Free of odors, stains, or damage

For hygiene/customization reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Underwear, swimwear, earrings, face masks

  • Personalized / monogrammed / custom items

  • Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable at checkout

  • Gift cards

Need a different color or size? Request an exchange within the return window. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund per this policy.

 

  1. Email sales@sandraj.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (attach photos for defective/incorrect items).

  3. We’ll reply with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.

  4. Pack securely, write the RMA on the outside, and ship using a trackable service. Keep the receipt.

Returns sent without an RMA or to the wrong address may be refused or delayed.

  • Change-of-mind / wrong size: return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping (please provide the receipt).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued after inspection at our warehouse:

  • Card/online payments: refunded to the original payment method; banks typically post credits in 5–10 business days (varies by issuer).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer or store credit (your choice) within 3–7 business days after approval.

If the item is returned used, damaged, or missing tags/packaging, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):

  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us.

  • If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returns to us, we refund the product price minus original shipping, any return shipping, and non-recoverable customs/handling fees, once received back in sellable condition.

  • Parcels abandoned by customs/courier are not refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email sales@sandraj.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, shipping label, and item. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank/issuer (posting times vary).

  2. Contact us at sales@sandraj.com with your order number and RMA.

 

You can request a cancellation before dispatch. See our Cancellation Policy or email sales@sandraj.com immediately with your order number.

  • Use original packaging when possible; protect hardware and edges.

  • Include all accessories, straps, dust bags, and documentation.

  • Ensure the return is trackable and insured for the item’s value.
