We ship worldwide from Lebanon, except to destinations restricted by couriers or trade regulations. If your country isn’t supported, checkout will prevent the order.

  • Orders placed after 15:00 EET are processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods or promotions, processing may take longer.

We ship with reputable carriers (e.g., DHL/Aramex/UPS/LibanPost) depending on your destination, order value/weight, and service availability.

  • From time to time we may offer free shipping above a certain order value; qualifying carts will show this automatically at checkout

Unless specifically stated at checkout, international shipments are sent DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid:

  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The courier may contact you to collect duties/taxes before delivery.

  • If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we refund the product price minus original shipping, any return shipping, and non-recoverable customs/handling fees once the item is received back in sellable condition.
    If we offer DDP — Delivered Duty Paid to your country, duties/taxes will be shown and collected at checkout.

Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number.

  • If the courier cannot deliver due to an incomplete/incorrect address or inability to reach you, a second attempt may be scheduled (additional fees may apply).

  • After repeated failures, the parcel may be returned; re-delivery fees will apply.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details (where available). Tracking events can take 24–48 hours to update after pickup.

Some destinations are classified as remote by carriers and may incur additional surcharges or longer transit times. Any surcharge (if applicable) will be displayed or applied at checkout.

 

After an order is handed to the courier, we cannot change the delivery address. You may coordinate directly with the courier if their policy allows.

Weather, customs inspections, local holidays, road closures, or security conditions may cause delays outside our control. We’ll assist with tracking and updates where possible.

 

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If items are missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer box, shipping label, and item(s)
    We will open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • Orders containing pre-order items ship when all items are available, unless split shipping is offered at checkout.

  • We may split shipments from different warehouses; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments when selected.
